Description
Room for rent in a shared apartment with two other roommates - only females 7 minutes on foot from USI and 15 minutes on foot from the city center. 480.- including expenses (including Wi-Fi)
The entrance is planned for December or January (with preference for those who can also cover December to secure the room, given the high demand and very advantageous rent exactly as I did when I took over).
Here are all the details:
The room: About 20 sqm, fully furnished. I changed the mattress myself before moving in. Includes a bed between one and a half and two mattresses, wardrobe, coat rack, desk with chair, curtains, and a large wall cube for books/clothes. The room is the smallest in the house but extremely livable and cozy.
The house and roommates: The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom with bathtub/shower, equipped kitchen (ready to live without worries), a living room with sofa and dining area, and three rooms in total. You will live with two fantastic girls: a 21-year-old student attending the USI master's program and a young worker in Lugano. There is a lot of tranquility, respect for spaces, cleanliness (managed with a weekly rotating schedule), and total freedom to dine together or on your own.
The costs:
Rent: 448 CHF per month.
Wi-Fi: 13-15 CHF fixed per month.
Electricity: about 20-30 CHF per person every 3 months.
Other standard Swiss expenses (TV subscription, waste, annual settlement minimal) divided by three, very low amounts.
Location: Super convenient! Opposite the Coop, 6 minutes on foot from Lidl, about 7 minutes on foot from the university (straight ahead), 15 minutes from the bus stop/center, and 20 minutes on foot from the lake. There is also an active custodian/porter on weekdays until 5:00 PM for packages and reports.
Requirements and takeover with the agency: Since it is a request through an agency, the standard documents will be required (extract of pending charges/judicial record, employment contract, or parental guarantee signatures).
Given the high volume of messages, priority will be given to those who fit the profile of the roommates and are especially ready to confirm and cover December as well.
