Are you looking for a cozy room in a relaxed and uncomplicated shared apartment near ETH Hönggerberg? Then this might be just right for you! Since our roommate is moving out, a room with 12.4 m² will become available.
The apartment
The apartment is approximately 110 m² in size and offers enough space with its 5.5 rooms to feel comfortable. Additionally, there are two bathrooms, so there shouldn't be any bottlenecks in the morning. A laundry room is available in the basement for washing, but it's also possible to wash directly in the apartment.
The location near ETH Hönggerberg is ideal, especially if you study or work at ETH.
Who we are
We are Matthis and Moritz, both 28 years old.
Moritz works as a music teacher at a gymnasium. In his free time, he likes to ride his bike, taste different beers, and try out new games of all kinds with enthusiasm.
Matthis works as a system engineer at Stadler. Besides work, he is athletic, especially in (table) tennis and snowboarding. He is also involved in the board of a table tennis club and likes to play games.
How we live together
Our shared apartment is rather quiet and relaxed. During the week, we are usually busy with work, sports, or our own activities. Nevertheless, we enjoy meeting in the kitchen or living room, doing something together, or spending a cozy evening with a game and a beer.
We are looking for someone who fits well into an uncomplicated shared apartment, likes to live independently, and at the same time enjoys a pleasant living together.
