I'm renting out a nice room in a 3-person shared flat in Maihof.
Limited from 1.11.2026 (move-in date negotiable) to 31.2.2027.
The room will be sublet furnished, but the photos are still without furniture, since the move-in date is only on 1.11.2026.
We are a newly formed shared flat, so I can't tell you much about it yet. However, there are three of us: Lea (25), the main tenant and master's student in art, Kimi (22), who is doing a professional maturity after his apprenticeship as a bricklayer, and me (24), a sports student at the PH.
We are a left-wing shared flat that values sustainability and regional + seasonal cooking. NOT A PURPOSE-BUILT SHARED FLAT, we place a lot of value on social cohabitation.
