I rent two adjacent rooms (together about 50 m², partially furnished or unfurnished by agreement) to one person in a spacious, bright 4-room old building apartment with a total of about 140 m².
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has four balconies. Kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and hallway are shared.
Location: Zürich Enge, district 2, in a quiet and beautiful residential area. In about 5 minutes you are at the lake or in the Rieterpark. Good transport links, nice house community and luckily no washing plan ;-)
About me: I am a photographer and designer, mid-40s, experienced in shared flats and work outside the home. During the week, I'm usually not at home. I appreciate an uncomplicated, considerate cohabitation, where each person also has their own free space.
I rent to weekly commuters who use the rooms professionally during the week.
