The apartment and the common areas

Allocation criteria (Requirements of the administration)
The administration is strict regarding the addition to the lease contract. For your application to be accepted, you must meet one of the two conditions below:

• Option 1: Reside in Switzerland and justify a monthly net salary equivalent to at least 3 times the rent.
• Option 2: Have a guarantor (co-debtor) residing in Switzerland, whose monthly net salary covers at least 3 times the cumulative amount of their own rent and that of our apartment.
