Hello hello! :)
From 01.01.27, a room will be available in our cozy 4-person shared apartment. Due to the group constellation, we are looking for a woman. The apartment has the perfect location in the heart of Winterthur's old town. 20 steps to the next grocery store, 40 steps for a (very) good coffee, 90 steps to the bus stop, and 120 steps to the Steibi-Bar with the most sunshine hours.
The apartment consists of three floors above a commercial space. The apartment has 6.5 rooms. On the top floor, there is a large kitchen/dining room, a cozy living room, and a great terrace overlooking the quiet inner courtyard. Each floor has its own bathroom. Additionally, the apartment has a spacious attic, a washing machine, and a dryer.
We are a very relaxed shared apartment group in our early 30s (m, m, f), employed, and like to travel. Nevertheless, we appreciate spending an evening together at the kitchen table with a glass of white wine. We would like to continue this and are looking for a new roommate to complete our quartet.
