This is a 2-person shared apartment.
Move-in date is immediate or 1.11.26, 1.12.26, 1.1.27, or 1.2.27.
Gender: no preference

My name is Sheila, I'm 28 years old, and I love sports, nature, and animals. I'm a very social and quiet person/roommate.
I will have two small cats, so I'd be happy if they're allowed in your room, as otherwise, their life as apartment cats would be a bit limited.
I like to do things like play games, sports, hang out with friends, and go on adventures (also happy to do these with you, if you want). When I'm at home, I enjoy some quiet time to recharge my social batteries.
So far, we've done everything independently: cooking, shopping, eating, separate fridge, etc.
That doesn't mean we can't do things together sometimes, but I'd like to keep it that way.
Cleanliness: I'm fairly relaxed about it, but with some limits. Leaving something out for a day is okay, but not for a week.
Generally, I'm a fan of flexibility. So, someone with rigid ideas about living, including cleaning schedules and laundry plans, might find it difficult here. Everyone does their part in the household when they see something needs doing.
I'm a quiet roommate. I won't wake you up in the evenings or mornings, and I expect the same from you :).
About the apartment:
2-person shared apartment.
3.5 rooms, large balcony. Washing machine and dryer are shared. Basement storage and dishwasher are available. Elevator, bathtub, and garage.
Plus, a small extra room/study for both of us.
Your room is about 10m2, but you'll pay less rent than I do (the price listed includes utilities).
However, you can also use a small additional room for things like a closet or storage.
My roommate will bring some furniture. I have a few shelves and kitchen utensils. You're also welcome to bring some of your own things.
@Administration requirements:
You'll be a co-tenant with me.
You need to have a minimum gross income of about 3000 CHF per month, including your last 3 pay stubs. OR: If you earn less, your parents can provide a guarantee.
You must not have any debts.
