As of January 1, 2027, or by agreement, my 2 rooms in a charming, quiet, modern renovated 4-room apartment on Bachstrasse on the forest edge will be available. The rent for both rooms is 1035 CHF (including NK). The smaller room (7.2 m2) is integrated into the larger room (17.4 m2), both are bright and equipped with sockets and windows. The smaller room can be used superbly as an office, mini-gym, storage room, walk-in closet, hobby room, or also as a cozy bedroom/guest room. The apartment was renovated in 2021.
The Swiss Court bus stop is 2 minutes away and well connected to Aarau train station (7 minutes).
You can also reach the train station/city of Aarau in 10 minutes by bike along Bachstrasse. The Suhr train station can be reached even faster by bus/bike/on foot. Commuting to Zurich or similar is also practical.
500m away there are shopping opportunities (Coop, Denner, pharmacy, etc.). The forest is almost at the door and always invites you to take a walk or do sports. The garden can be used, for example, to sunbathe. Every autumn there are delicious grapes and other fruits/herbs!
Your roommate is doing a master's degree at the University of Bern, is a freelance flight attendant and teacher, vegan, and a water rat. She is rather extroverted, has varied interests, likes to cook, and likes it very clean and cozy. She is also open to joint activities or visits and looks forward to your contact.
