In our beautiful 4-person shared apartment in the heart of Bern's old town, a room is becoming available and we are looking for someone who enjoys relaxed and cozy living.
About us:
We are young professionals in our late 20s, finished with our studies and quite busy in our daily lives. That's why we appreciate quiet, social evenings at home - sometimes cooking together, sometimes with a glass of wine or tea in the kitchen.
We do a lot in our free time - hiking, climbing, sports, meeting friends - and we like to be on the go, but also enjoy just being at home. Each of us has our own rhythm, but we enjoy it when our paths cross and there's time for a joint dinner or a chat. Everything is allowed, nothing is mandatory.
What we're looking for:
You should be open and reliable, enjoy shared apartment life, and feel at home in a place where both community and quiet life have space. Privacy is important to us - just like a good togetherness.
Apartment:
Our spacious 6-room old-building apartment with around 200 m² is located in the heart of Bern's old town - charming, quiet, and right in the middle of the action. The apartment offers a large, open kitchen with plenty of space for cooking and socializing, as well as a bright, spacious living and dining room that invites you to linger.
Two modern bathrooms are available: one with a bathtub, the other with a large shower. A highlight is the large balcony with a direct view of the Bern Minster - perfect for sunny mornings or relaxed evenings.
The equipment also includes a private laundry room on the same floor, an elevator, a basement compartment, and a bike parking space.
The available room is bright and spacious (CHF 1,190.00 - 16.3 m²), very quiet, and looks out onto the apartment's own balcony, has practical built-in closets and plenty of storage space.
The room is also equipped with a functioning Swedish stove - for cozy winter days - in addition to the regular heating, which is also available.
Moving into the room is possible from December 1, 2026 - an earlier or later move-in is possible by arrangement. The bed (with or without a mattress) can be taken over, both were purchased in 12/25.
