The apartment is very bright and includes a living room, bedroom, kitchen (no dishwasher) and bathroom with shower. The real strength is the beautiful open view, which offers a charming glimpse of Lugano and the surrounding mountains.
The furniture already includes the kitchen table with chairs and the wardrobe in the bedroom. The sideboard in the kitchen and the lamp are mine, however: priority will be given to those interested in picking them up.
There is also a large common garden available, ideal for enjoying fantastic barbecues at sunset.
Pets: allowed (only cats).
