Charming maisonette apartment with fireplace, seating area & private laundry room

We are looking for a subtenant for our cozy and affordable maisonette apartment. The apartment impresses with its special charm with a lot of wood, visible wooden beams, and a beautiful living area with a fireplace. A special highlight is the air conditioning system installed in summer 2026, which provides pleasant temperatures even on hot summer days.

The kitchen is open to the living area and offers a lot of storage space. The bathroom has a bathtub. Another big plus is the private laundry room with a washing machine and dryer - no laundry plan and no sharing with other tenants.

The apartment also includes a private seating area. For cat owners, it's particularly practical: a cat ladder is already available, so the cat can come and go independently. The apartment is ideal for anyone looking for an affordable, cozy apartment with a lot of character.
