From November 1, 2026, a ca. 15 sqm room will be available in our beautiful, modern 4.5-room apartment at Hallwylplatz. The room has direct access to the balcony and will be rented unfurnished.

The location is a real highlight:
The apartment is very central and yet pleasantly quiet. Shopping opportunities, cafes, and restaurants are within walking distance. The nightlife district is also nearby, perfect for spontaneous drinks or dinner. At the same time, the apartment is located in a way that you have your peace at home.
The tram stops in all directions are within a 4-minute walk, making it easy to get around quickly.

The apartment
The apartment is modern and spacious and offers:

• ca. 15 sqm private room
• Balcony access directly from the room
• large, modern kitchen
• second balcony
• large bathroom with private washing tower
• separate walk-in closet that you share with a roommate
• plenty of space and a pleasant living atmosphere

There is NO living room with a couch and TV. Instead, the large kitchen will have a seating area.

Your future roommates
You will be living with 2 women in their 30s. They are an uncomplicated shared apartment, where you can cook together, have a drink, or chat in the kitchen, while also respecting each other's personal space.
They are looking for someone who also values relaxed, respectful, and uncomplicated cohabitation.

Rental period & costs
Move-in: from November 1, 2026
Rent: CHF 1,300 ./ month
Preferred rental period: 3 months with the possibility of extension
