In my 4-room apartment in Dübendorf, a new three-person shared flat is currently being formed, for which I am looking for two friendly, open-minded flatmates. I wish for a cozy, lively, and harmonious home where we can inspire each other and spend time together.
THE TWO ROOMS
Room 1 approx. 13 m² | CHF 890./month
The smaller room is bright, has a practical built-in wardrobe, and gets beautiful morning sun. The window overlooks the inner courtyard and my bedroom's green balcony.
Room 2 approx. 15 m² | CHF 990./month
The larger room is the largest bedroom in the apartment. It is bright, has a large window, and offers a view of the street, the pretty houses opposite, and the trees.
Both rooms are rented unfurnished.
RENT AND AVAILABILITY
The stated prices include the gross rent including ancillary costs and the calculated costs for electricity, SERAFE, the joint household insurance, and the use of the equipped communal rooms. Any ancillary cost statements remain reserved.
Move-in: 01.11.2026
Initially limited until 31.01.2027, with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement.
THE APARTMENT
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a multi-family house without a lift, about 35 minutes' walk from Dübendorf train station.
We jointly use a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a spacious hallway, and a cozy living room with access to the shared balcony.
The balcony is lovingly planted and offers a beautiful view of the greenery, trees, and the house's communal area.
Additionally, a basement and an attic are available for shared use. The house has a shared laundry room with a washing machine and a heated drying room, but no tumble dryer. WLAN is not currently available.
The communal areas are already largely equipped and will be fully furnished in October.
WHO AM I?
I am 24 years old, nature-loving, creative, and curious, and I have felt like a thousand different interests and hobbies.
I love cooking and trying new recipes, walking through forests, collecting plants, or going on crystal searches - whether at markets or when radiating in the mountains.
At home, I crochet and paint, make candles, create my own cosmetics, or deal with my many plants. Workshop projects are also one of my passions. I gladly share my creative materials and knowledge if someone wants to try something new.
In addition to these rather cozy activities, I also like to box. I can be very quiet and relaxed, but also a real energy ball that is almost always available for spontaneous activities.
I like having friends over and enjoying joint cooking evenings, long conversations, cozy hours on the balcony, or spontaneous outings. At the same time, I appreciate and respect personal freedom.
OUR ANIMAL ROOMMATES
My home includes a leopard gecko with its living food insects, an aquarium with various inhabitants, and plenty of plants.
It's essential to me that my future flatmates enjoy this and are willing to help reliably with care and feeding from time to time, especially when I'm away. You don't need prior knowledge; I'll show you everything.
WHO AM I LOOKING FOR?
I'm looking for two open, friendly, and uncomplicated people who want to live in a peaceful, communal shared flat.
I'm not looking for a purely functional shared flat but for people with whom we can cook, chat, laugh, sit cozily on the balcony, or spontaneously do something together.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony in everyday life.
Cleanliness, honest communication, mutual consideration, and initiative in the household are essential to me. At the same time, I'm not pedantic - creative projects can get a bit chaotic.
