* Various shopping options (Migros, Coop, Brocki, Jumbo, etc.) within walking distance
* Forest with a fitness trail located behind the Coop

Apartment/House:
* 3-person shared apartment
* 2nd floor, elevator available
* Size of your room: 15 square meters
* Your room is not furnished; a lamp and the bed can be taken over from the previous tenant by agreement.
* Bathroom with bathtub and shower, kitchen, balcony, living room
* Bike parking in front of the house
* Parking space can be rented additionally if needed
* Washing machines, dryer, and music room in the basement
* The apartment is managed by Studentlodge, which acts as the building administration (and is always available to answer questions)

You will live with:
* Andrina and Lana
* Andrina is studying German at the University of Bern and Lana is studying veterinary medicine at the university this semester :)
* We like music, game nights, watching movies, and good food.
* We value privacy, respectful and fun cohabitation, and sometimes like to do things together.

We are looking for:
* Anyone (in training) is welcome!
* IMPORTANT: Since the apartment is from Studentlodge, you must be in training or enrolled at a university or college.
* Smoking on the balcony is okay
* Pets need permission from the roommates and Studentlodge

Organizational:
* Move-in date: December 1, 2026
* Unlimited contract
* Costs: 544 CHF (including utilities) per month

*Additional information: Since July 1, 2026, a scaffolding has been standing in front of the building and therefore also in front of your window, as partial renovations are taking place. No construction work is being done on our floor, but you would still be affected by any noise, etc. The renovations will last until 2027/2028. We haven't received more detailed information.
