Due to professional reasons, we are looking for a tenant for the exclusive 3.5-room attic apartment as of 01.12.2026 or by agreement.

The new apartment was built about 2.5 years ago and includes a large terrace with a beautiful view of the trees and the green surroundings. The above-average room height of 2.70 meters creates a lot of spaciousness, together with the floor-to-ceiling windows with fabric blinds, a skylight above the dining table, and the Swedish stove, which provides cozy hours in winter. The classic, beautiful cement tiles in the bathroom are worth mentioning. It has underfloor heating throughout the apartment as well as a towel radiator. The apartment is heated with a heat pump and solar collectors on the roof.

The apartment has a separate entrance and is also accessible by elevator from the basement to the apartment. Additionally, there is a private basement with a separate washing machine/tumbler. Two bicycle parking spaces in the bicycle room also belong to the apartment. The garage is currently rented, but there are enough free spaces in the blue zone (Zubringerstrasse).

The rent is CHF 2,990.-- plus additional costs of CHF 300.--.
