I (32) am looking for an uncomplicated roommate for my cozy, furnished house in a quiet residential area in Frauenfeld.
What to expect:- Entire house with 5 rooms, your room is unfurnished- Private garden with space for gardening, grilling, and relaxing- Quiet location, yet central: train station within 10 minutes on foot (5 minutes by bike)- Shopping is easy: Coop or Denner within 5-10 minutes on foot, Aldi also nearby- Washing machine, dryer, and dehumidifier in the basement- Several parking spaces, optionally rentable
Who I'm looking for:A person between 20 and 35 who is uncomplicated, considerate, and clean. A green thumb is welcome, as the garden needs to be maintained, and I could use some help. Joint activities like cooking, sports, outings, or movie nights would be nice, but without obligation: there should also be enough space for withdrawal.
About me:I'm 32, grew up in Frauenfeld, and work in an IT consulting firm in Zurich, partly from home. During the week, I do sports and coach pole vault once a week. On weekends, I'm often out with friends, but I also like to stay home for a movie night. Every year, I try my hand at growing vegetables, with varying degrees of success. Here, I'm looking forward to some support.
