I am looking for a tenant for a 1.5 room apartment in Genestrerio, 26 sqm.
Very furnished with a new kitchen installed 4 years ago. New external insulation
was made last year with a stable temperature in winter around 22/23 degrees ... I never turned on the heaters.. and not too hot in summer,
with an external covered parking and a private basement with common laundry room and drying room to hang/dry clothes. The costs are 590 rent + 110 additional costs with a settlement at the end of the year... in my case, I have always had a credit... to be added are electricity costs... in my case about 25 CHF monthly, and 50 CHF for the external covered parking if necessary. The apartment is located 2 km from the Brusata customs office,
so very convenient for those who go shopping in Italy. Also 2 km from Mendrisio station, 1 km from Migros/Coop, 80 meters from the Autopostale 523/517 bus stop in the direction of Mendrisio station/Chiasso station/Gaggiolo border.
Rent payment monthly with 3 months deposit (2100 CHF) upon contract signing, Swiss Caution or similar not accepted.
