I'm looking for a roommate (LGBTQ+ also very welcome) from January in my 3-room apartment.
About the apartment:
It's an old building apartment that was renovated 4 years ago, the kitchen and bathroom are modern for this reason. There is a laundry room in the basement with a washing machine and a dryer. The total area is 75 sqm, with your room being approximately 3 by 4 meters in size. Additionally, there is a living room that is almost fully equipped (including Wifi, which costs 16,- per person). Some of the furniture is being sold by the previous tenant and can be purchased. If you have questions about the furniture, just let me know. The rent, including utilities, is 875 francs.
Location:
The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from the University of Basel (Biozentrum). It is located in the St.Johann district, right next to the St.Johann train station (about 15 minutes from Basel train station). There is a Coop directly across the street and a Migros can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
About me:
I'm Alexia (23) from Bern and I'm studying psychology at the University of Basel. I love meeting friends to grab coffee or do things, and I enjoy cooking and baking. I also love traveling and am always open to new experiences. I work part-time as a bartender at the "das Viertel" club. I'm not looking for a utility apartment, which means that human interaction is very important to me, and I think it would be great to cook or do other things together.
