- Additional large outdoor area with all-day sunny terrace, lawn, pond, and pool (pool only open in summer).
- The house is south-facing
- Closed cozy kitchen with V-ZUG appliances
- Dining and living room with open fireplace (47 m²)
- 3 bedrooms
- 1 bathroom with double sink, bathtub, and separate shower
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer

We wish for a reliable and uncomplicated roommate with whom we can enjoy living together in mutual respect and tolerance.
