The Stoffel area (uptownmels.ch) is a multi-award-winning, car-free factory area high above Mels with an infrastructure that is hard to find:

* Restaurant and brasserie Kraftwerk directly on the premises

* For city dwellers who want to try out country life: many people here work in Zurich and commute easily (fast train from Sargans). In return, you have biking, downhill, hiking, and skiing right outside your door, plus a pool and sauna on the premises. Keep your city job, try out mountain life, and decide after a year.
* For everyone looking for a new chapter: whether it's a break from city life, home office with a mountain view, or just a desire for a change of scenery, the limited term makes it an experiment without risk.

CONDITIONS
* Rent: CHF 2450 per month, all-inclusive (electricity, water, heating, operating costs), furniture, and use of pool and sauna
* Underground parking space: CHF 140 per month (additional spaces available)
* Limited to 12 months: March 1st, 2027, to February 29th, 2028 (move-in possible from February 20th, 2027)
* Subletting with permission from the administration, written sublease agreement
