The Room
The bright room is located on the top floor of the house. With approximately 10 m², it's rather compact, but it has a built-in closet and an excellent view of the mountains. The house has 4 floors, one of which is the basement. There's also a area for you to store your belongings. In total, the house has around 230 m², so there's more than enough space. We share the kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms (each with a shower). There's also a balcony, a private washing machine, and a tumble dryer.
In front of the garden is our terrace (see pictures). We would be delighted if someone moved in who is willing to contribute to the garden as well. We have a shed for bikes, and parking spaces are also available. Pets are warmly welcome in our home!

From around 1.12.26, a room will be available for subletting in our cozy house with a garden. The rent is CHF 750, including utilities and internet. The deposit is three months' rent. However, we are flexible: it can also be paid over a longer period.
We are an open and uncomplicated shared household that values community living. At the same time, there's plenty of space in the house and garden for individual projects, creativity, and retreat.
The house is located in Rubigen, just a few minutes' walk from shopping facilities. Thanks to the quick public transportation connection, you can reach Bern in around 15 minutes and Thun just as quickly.

We are Mike, Gian, and Milena.
Gian loves to discuss, is always motivated for games, and occasionally receives visits from his four-year-old daughter.
Milena enjoys long conversations and discussions, is also up for games, and loves nature. Her cat Lumi is also part of the shared household.
Mike is very sociable and a big fan of board games.
