From the 1.11.2026 a large room (approx 19m^2) is getting free in a modern and recently constructed building (2022). The apartment's surface is 124m^2 in total. It has two loggias, a large kitchen with dishwasher and a lot of storage space, a laundry room with a private washing machine and tumble dryer, and two bathrooms. A large, communal indoor bicycle room and a shared cellar (between the 3 flatmates) are also included.Internet and a Green Bag subscription are included in the price. Ideally, you would take over a large, new wardrobe for approx. 800 (negotiable).

We enjoy a social WG life, spending time outdoors and exploring new places Zurich. We have been living in this wonderful city for10 years now. We speak Italian, English and German.We are looking for somebody aged 25-35, working in Zurich or in the area, that enjoys being socially active and would value our apartment as much as we do.We are open minded people and enjoy a nice conversation and cooking andeating together.
