I am offering my cozy, quiet apartment with a green balcony for subletting, for 6 months starting from October 22, 2026. There is a possibility of extension, which can be negotiated a few months before the end of the rental period.
The apartment is fully furnished and well-equipped (e.g., very high-quality built-in water filter). Washing machine in the basement. It is ideally located - just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Elfenaupark with forest and Aare access, public transport connection, and highway (Ostring).
I am looking for a single, very clean person (preference for a woman) who is seeking peace and security and has a green thumb for my plants inside and outside. There is a possibility to grow something on the balcony yourself. Only non-smokers (not even on the balcony) and without pets.
The apartment comes without WLAN, but it can be installed if desired.
