Description
In a quiet, privileged location in the Gartenstadt Liebefeld, 12 minutes from Bern's main station (by bus, car or bike), a room (approx. 25m2) in my house will be available from November 1st. Weekly renters (Monday to Friday) are preferred. Minimum rental period 6 months.
Rent CHF 750 per month (including all utilities, i.e. heating, water, electricity, fiber optic internet, basic cleaning, furniture). Sufficient parking spaces available in the neighborhood.
Private bathroom shared with the other two room renters. Owner is 65 years old, with shared use of the kitchen, private balcony. This is not a typical shared apartment - we like cultivated people who do not have a dog allergy and are not looking for a party location.
