The apartment is located in a very central area in the popular Lorraine quarter. The main train station in Bern and the Aare river are only about 5 minutes' walk away. Shopping facilities, cafes, and restaurants are within walking distance.
About the apartment:
Pleasantly bright, well-cut room
Large balcony on the quarter side
Bathroom with bathtub (ventilation, toilet, and flush tank were recently completely renewed)
Bright floors and walls for a friendly living atmosphere
Practical built-in kitchen (no dishwasher, no oven)
Outdoor blinds on the windows
Parking space in the underground garage can be rented additionally if needed
The house also has 6 washing machines and 2 tumblers available, which can be used 24/7 without a fixed washing list.
Rent and administration guidelines:
Rent: Currently 990 CHF including utilities
The administration rents the apartment to a single person without pets
For a successful rental agreement, a regular, self-earned income and a clean debt collection register extract are required
