I (m 56) have experience with shared flats, and I work as a social educator. In my free time, I like to relax, ride my e-bike, and meet friends. I'm offering a nice room in a row house! The room has an area of approximately 35 square meters and provides enough space for all your personal belongings. It can only be rented furnished. The kitchen is available for shared use. There's also a small garden with a lounge and a fire pit.

A deposit in the amount of one month's rent is due upon signing the contract.

I'm looking for an open-minded person, either male or female, who is at least 30 to xx years old.

The room is ideal for students at the FH - Windisch, weekly commuters, but also for working people. The bus stop "Zelgli" is in the immediate vicinity. It's a 15-minute walk to Brugg train station, 4 minutes by bike, or 8 minutes by bus. To Zurich, it's 25 minutes by train from Brugg, and 45 minutes to Basel.

I speak German and English, so you should be able to communicate in one of these languages.
