I am looking for a roommate from November 1, 2026, for a shared apartment in the center of Lucerne. The offer is exclusively for women. We will live together in the apartment, just the two of us.

You can expect a spacious, bright room on the sunny side with a beautiful view of Lucerne and the old town. It is the larger of the two bedrooms.

If needed, I can provide you with a bed, a wardrobe, and a nightstand. I already have the furniture, so you don't need to buy everything new.

The spacious 3-room apartment has two separate bedrooms, a shared living room, and a separate kitchen. This provides enough space for privacy and a pleasant living together.

Available for shared use:

• Living room with sofa, table, and chairs.
• Balcony.
• Separate kitchen with kitchen appliances and dishes.
• Bathroom with bathtub.
• Built-in closets in the corridor.
• Basement compartment for additional storage.

The common areas will be furnished and equipped by me, so we can feel at home.

Everything important is nearby

• Approximately 10 minutes' walk to Lucerne train station.
• Approximately 5 minutes' walk to the old town.
• A few minutes' walk to Aldi.
• Bus stop Gütsch, shopping opportunities, and the Reuss riverbank are in the immediate vicinity.
• The Gütschwald for walks is also not far away.

Ideal if you want to live centrally, do everything on foot, and have beautiful places to relax nearby.

About me and living together
My name is Viktoria, I am 22 years old, I work in marketing and build my own blog. I don't like to cook, but I value cleanliness, order, and a well-kept home.

I am looking for a roommate who also values cleanliness, mutual respect, and privacy. It's important to me that we both feel at home and can discuss everyday things openly and uncomplicatedly.

If friends visit you from time to time, that's perfectly fine with me. What's important is that we consider each other.

Monthly costs: fixed CHF 1'370

• Rent including utilities: CHF 1'170.
• Surcharge for furniture and equipment: CHF 200, equivalent to around 17% of the rent.
• Total: CHF 1'170 + CHF 200 = CHF 1'370 per month.

The furniture surcharge is a fixed part of the agreed-upon rental conditions and is independent of how many pieces of furniture I provide for your room. Even if you bring your own furniture, the monthly total remains at CHF 1'370. Please plan with this fixed amount.

Move-in and viewing
Move-in is possible from November 1, 2026.

Viewings are possible only on October 23 and 24, 2026, on both days flexibly by prior arrangement.
