This large and bright room in district 4 is available to you as a shared flat room (in a two-person shared flat) immediately. The room is generally rented as a weekly stay room from Monday to Friday. However, if you're happy to stay in Zurich on a weekend, that's also possible. Whether for a few months or longer, we can discuss it.

The room is unfurnished except for a table. However, there is a built-in closet, see photos. The bed in the first picture will no longer be on site.

The bright 3.5-room apartment with large deep windows includes, in addition to your room:
-1 renovated bathroom with bathtub/WC
-Living and dining area with open kitchen
-Completely equipped, renovated kitchen with dishwasher, etc.
-Private washing machine and dryer in the apartment

It's a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.

Location: Very centrally located. Bäckeranlage, Helvetiaplatz (market on Tuesday and Friday mornings), bars, clubs, cafes, shopping opportunities (Denner, Coop, Migros), pharmacy, tram, bus everything at the door, around the corner and within walking distance.

I'm Christina, 37 years old, often on the go but also enjoy a cozy evening at home. For the room, I'm looking for someone around the same age. Someone who, for example, works in Zurich during the week, needs a second home in the city, or is just looking for a weekly stay room. Even though I only rent the room from Monday to Friday, the room should be occupied by someone who values harmonious and social cohabitation but also enjoys their alone time and respects the other person's personal space.
