The living and sleeping area is laid out with ceramic tiles and features wooden beam accents and an open fireplace, which is heated with wood and provides a cozy atmosphere on cooler days.
The rent includes all ancillary costs (electricity, water, internet/WLAN) in a lump sum.
Since we live as a family with two small children directly above, we prefer sporty, nature-loving, and uncomplicated people who appreciate a harmonious coexistence under one roof.
