Description

Our beloved apartment is centrally located in Breitenrain and just a few minutes' walk from shopping and public transport. Particularly noteworthy is that the apartment is very quiet and bright and has a spacious attic and a small cellar. Additionally, it was tastefully renovated in 2010 and thus combines old-building charm with modern living comfort. The remaining information can be found in the photos.

We are looking for subtenants as of 01.12.2026 and would like to fill the position as soon as possible. The subtenancy must be acceptable according to the administration's guidelines and the apartment must be affordable for them (net income > 5040.- or solidarity rental). Therefore, we will primarily forward applications from individuals, 2-person flat shares, or couples with a maximum of one child.
