Die Liegenschaft wird danach totalsaniert. Die Mietdauer wurde bereits von September 2026 auf März 2027 verlängert. Gut möglich, dass es nochmals eine Verlängerung gibt, allerdings habe ich keine Informationen dazu.

Looking for a new tenant for a bright 2-room apartment from 1 November 2026.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and gets sunshine throughout the day. It offers views of the Uetliberg and the sunset, as well as a balcony overlooking Letzigrund Stadium and the city.
Important! The tenancy is FIXED-TERM until 31 March 2027, and the apartment is unfurnished.
The building is scheduled for a complete renovation after this date. The original rental period was extended from September 2026 to March 2027. It is possible that the tenancy will be extended again, but I have no information about this.
