Hi together!

From November, we will be living in a freshly renovated 3.5-room apartment in Weinegg and are looking for a roommate for the free room from November/December. We are not looking for a utility apartment, but explicitly for a person for a shared home.

Who we are looking for:

Someone who ticks similarly to us: values such as equality, openness, solidarity, social justice, and awareness of sustainable living are important to us, and we are happy if that is also the case with you.
We usually cook vegetarian. Joachim also eats meat sometimes, but since we often cook together, it's usually a veggie dish. It would be nice if you also have a desire for that.
Nobody knows what life brings, but we hope for someone who can imagine a home here for a longer period and also has a desire to help shape the shared home.
Real desire for community: happy to eat together, do something together on the weekends, get involved in the house and garden, and bring friends together.
Respectful interaction, open communication, and uncomplicated cohabitation, in which everyone takes responsibility for the apartment and keeps it clean and tidy.
If you are roughly our age, speak German, and maybe even share some interests with us, we look forward to your application!
p.s.: The room can only be occupied by one person, as a maximum of three people are allowed to be registered in the apartment.

About us:

We are a couple with long-term shared apartment experience and live consciously in a community. With us, everyone has the same rights and duties, and that also applies to you :)
Together, we like to be in nature while kayaking or in the mountains (hiking, cycling, snowboarding,) and in the evenings, we like to watch a movie on the couch. We sometimes have friends over for a cooking/game evening and occasionally go to a good electronic music event.
Joachim (39) is a Zug-Messingenieur in Winterthur, likes to watch and play football, and goes to the gym daily and likes to socialize. Nadine (30) is a political scientist, researches at ETH, and advises on barrier-free access at UZH. She is involved in social policy, likes to dog-sit, and takes care of the many plants that turn the living room into a jungle.

Room & Apartment:

Room: approx. 16 m² with a window to the garden, partially furnished or unfurnished, as you like.
Apartment:
Two separate bathrooms with toilet, one with shower and one with bathtub.
First occupancy after major renovation (built in 1980): old charm with wooden doors and wooden fireplace, plus modern bathrooms and kitchen.
High-quality furnishings with design and vintage furniture and fully equipped kitchen
Balcony, communal garden in front of the house, and private family garden (5 minutes' walk to shared use and design)

Location:

Quiet side street, just a few minutes from Tram Balgrist. Forest 250 m, lake 1.5 km, Bellevue 2.5 km. Migros and restaurants are around the corner, Wehrenbachtobel, Botanical Garden, and Seefeld are quickly accessible. Green and quiet, yet central.
