Description
I'm looking for a roommate for my 2-person shared apartment in St. Fiden. The room is located in a beautiful old building apartment on the ground floor. The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a guest toilet, and three rooms. Directly next to your bedroom, there is currently another room that is used as a dressing room. Your two rooms together have a total of approximately 25 m². If desired, some furniture from the previous tenant can be taken over.
Additionally, our apartment includes a small garden, a seating area in front of the building, and a storage room. A washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room. Although the apartment is centrally located in St. Fiden, directly at the Grossacker stop and the Silberturm (Migros, Denner, Lidl, restaurants), it is relatively quiet. By bus, you can reach the main train station in less than 10 minutes, and on foot, you can reach the St. Fiden train station in a short time.
About me: I'm Nadine, 27 years old, and I work in St. Gallen. I'm often on the go, for example, playing sports, going out, or traveling. However, when I'm at home, I also enjoy cooking evenings, having a fun drink in our little garden, or planting new plants for the apartment.
