Hello and welcome!
My name is Clemens and I'm looking for a new flatmate for the beautiful apartment with balconies and a view of the Rhine from December.
The apartment is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood in Klein-Basel, about 20m from the Rhine.
In the surrounding area, there are many shopping opportunities and connections to public transportation.
You can reach the 5th floor with the elevator or on foot, where the 3 1/2 room apartment is located.
It also has two balconies, a green one at the front with a lot of sun and a view of the Rhine, and one at the back to the quiet courtyard.
Additionally, the toilet and bathroom are separate from each other.
About me:
I'm 40 years old and a native Berliner.
7 years ago, cycling brought me to Basel, and I've been living and working here ever since.
By profession, I'm a carpenter, and in my free time, I'm often on my bike in the mountains and surrounding areas.
I also take care of and support a cycling facility in Allschwil on the outskirts of Basel.
