Old building, roof terrace & new flatmates wanted
Hello together!
We're having a small change in our flat. As my flatmates are moving in different directions, we'll have space for new people and a bit of fresh air. :)
From November 1st, this room will be available and by the end of November/December, another one will be available too. So, a new flatmate constellation is emerging, and you could be a part of it
We live in the middle of St. Gallen in a pretty cool, large old building apartment with a lot of charm and even more space to live.
What the apartment has to offer:
I'm Jessi (28), work in the emergency services and am on the go at different times due to my shift work. Otherwise, I'm pretty uncomplicated, like being around people, love music, and am up for spontaneous activities just as much as for a cozy evening at home. :)
What's important to me when it comes to living together:
I don't want a purely functional flatmate situation. Of course, everyone has their own daily routine and sometimes needs time for themselves - absolutely understandable!
At the same time, I think it would be nice if we didn't just nod at each other in the hallway, but also occasionally cook together, chat, have a beer/Aperol, or spontaneously organize a game night. Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory.
A bit of consideration, open communication, and a certain basic understanding of order and cleanliness should also be part of it. :)
Who are we looking for?
To be honest, it doesn't play a big role. Much more important is that it fits on a human level and you have a desire for a relaxed, social flatmate life, where everyone still gets their free space.
If you feel addressed, just write a bit about yourself, what you do, and how you imagine flatmate life.
Maybe we'll soon be sitting together on the roof terrace.
