Do you enjoy cold winter evenings with the wood-heated bench in the bright rustic living room? Then you might soon be our tenants.
The rent includes 2 outdoor parking spaces. Electricity, water, and sewage costs are borne directly by the tenant according to their own meters. The additional costs only consist of the effective heating costs, which are calculated according to the heat meter. The house is currently being partially renovated (painting, floors, kitchen, bathroom, etc.). No other rooms are available outside the single-family house (stable, workshops, etc.).
