I'm moving to Suhr, near Aarau, and I'm looking for a roommate as of 1.11.2026.
The room is 10 m². The apartment (74 m²) is on the ground floor and has its own garden and a basement storage room. The costs would be 725.- CHF including 100.- CHF for ancillary costs in advance. Additionally, 20.- CHF per month for internet would be added. According to Google, you can reach Aarau train station by bike in 10 minutes and are also well connected to public transport. Depending on the situation, a parking space (I think 130.- CHF per month) might be available, but I would have to ask the administration again.
The photos are still from the previous tenant, so the apartment won't look like that.
About me: My name is Florian (Flo), and I'm moving from a shared apartment in Zurich to Suhr for an internship. I'm also studying at ETH Zurich. Since I'm new to the apartment, many things are not yet set up, but we can definitely shape it together.
I'm looking for someone of a similar age (25 +- 5 years). I'm relatively uncomplicated; many things are possible, but nothing is mandatory: whether we cook together, have a drink, or each do our own thing will be seen. What's really important to me, though, is order and cleanliness, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. I learned that from my last shared apartment, and it's a must for me. If that's also important to you, we'll get along well.
