In our small house directly opposite the Badi Letzigraben, the attic studio will be available from December 1, 2026.
We are Natalia (40), who enjoys gardening and being out in the city, and Michi (43), who is often out paragliding. We are the two main tenants and appreciate an uncomplicated, relaxed cohabitation.
The house has four floors. Your room (approx. 20m2) is located on the top floor, including a bathroom and a small retreat. Practically, each floor has its own bathroom. Our shared kitchen and living room are located on the 2nd floor. The house also includes a garden and a terrace.
We are looking for a working person, ideally between 35 and 45 years old, who wants to live centrally and yet quietly in a house with a garden.
