I am renting out my 3-room apartment from 01.01.2027 to 30.09.2027. In addition to the kitchen and bathroom, it has a bedroom, a living room, and an office.

The apartment is 60m2 in size and is located on the ground floor. It is surrounded by trees and gardens. From the veranda, you have a wonderful view of the gardens and the trees of the Sihlfeld cemetery. The cemetery is also a large green area that invites you to take a walk. The Üetliberg is also not far away.

My furniture, as well as most of the dishes and kitchen utensils, will remain in the apartment. Since some pieces of furniture have emotional value for me, I ask for careful handling of the furniture.

The plants will also stay in the apartment, so people should move in who are also willing to take care of the plants.

In the basement, there are two communal washing machines and a dryer. For use, you sign up on a list. If needed, the basement compartment can also be used.

You should not mind living next to a cemetery. A Coop is 3 minutes' walk away. Tram 3 and various buses are within a 5-minute walk.

We will conclude a sublease agreement. I require a month's rent as a deposit in advance, which you will get back at the end, provided no damage has occurred to the apartment or the furniture.
