I am looking for a sublessee starting from the end of October for a 2.5-room apartment, with a rental contract valid until the end of September 2027 (through an agency).
The apartment is very bright, with a pleasant panoramic view of the mountains, and consists of:

Windowed bathroom with shower
Spacious living room with kitchen
Private basement included
Communal laundry room on the ground floor, usable with a chip card
Ceiling heating, without radiators
Outdoor parking space in a private street
The apartment is being sold completely furnished; the purchase of the furniture is required, with a price to be agreed upon directly.
