The farm is very well maintained and is still used extensively. The apartment has a large balcony, integrated into the roof slope, with glass fronts facing south. In the entrance area, the original and newly glazed entrance can be used as a seating area. The floor plan is listed as a PDF. Additionally, a bedroom with a small retreat, a large bathroom with a bathtub, and a office corner are built in. The rent of SFr. 2000.- includes the ancillary costs flat rate.

On request, a garage can be rented additionally.

The bright apartment has a high-quality kitchen with Miele appliances such as oven and steam cooker, large refrigerator and freezer, surfaces with flush-mounted glass ceramic with touch control.
