We rent a room on the 5th floor with access to the penthouse roof terrace on the 4th floor.

The room is separated from the shared apartment and has its own access via the house stairs. In summer, access is also possible via the terrace.
Thanks to its many windows, the room is very bright and cozy. It looks like a small bar, as it has a wooden table. Unfortunately, the heating does not work at full capacity. However, the main tenant (Gelbart AG) has installed an electric heating system that can be controlled via WLAN. Therefore, there is a Swisscom router in the room that you can set up as needed. The room does not have direct access to water or toilet.

Now comes the attic:
It's a 290 m² large, beautiful apartment with a fireplace, laundry room, home cinema, and terrace. Of course, there is also a roof terrace where the room is located.
The spacious rooms are particularly cozy and inviting, as you can see in the pictures. Because you always discover something new.

Be surprised during the application interview with:

- Romolo (male, 25 years old): I come from Ticino, am friendly, like to relax, listen to music, and do sports. I work as a merchant.
- Dustin (male, 24 years old): Hey, I'm Dustin and work full-time at the Lucerne Cantonal Hospital. In my free time, I like to travel and am often at the lake or hiking in the summer. This winter, I started skiing. Besides, I like to spend time with friends and family.
- Jana (female, 24 years old): Hi! I study business administration at HSLU and work at Emmi. In winter, I'm on the slopes with my snowboard, and in summer, I'm at the lake. I'm a very open-minded person and look forward to shared activities.
