Hi, I'm renting out my room in the center of Lucerne. The room is approximately 12sqm and the apartment is around 95sqm. You can reach all important points on foot or by public transport in a very short time.
The University of Lucerne is about 10 minutes away by bus or bike. A parking space in zone Z is nearby. The apartment is in a very quiet and pleasant location.
From the room, you can directly look out onto the lake and Pilatus.
Limited until 31.03.2027, but can also be used for a longer period after agreement with the administration.
Since I'm moving out, your roommate would be James, who is doing his master's at the HSG in St. Gallen.
