Description
Room in a 7-Person Flatshare at Rigiblick with Stunning Views
Please read before messaging
We kindly ask everyone interested to introduce themselves in their first message. Please tell us a little about your age, what you do, what your everyday life looks like, and what you are looking for in a flatshare. Messages without an introduction will unfortunately not receive a response.
A little note about the language:There are currently different languages spoken in the WG, including English, German, French and Spanish. However, since I am moving out and I am the one organising the viewings and communicating with interested people, I can only communicate in English. Please send your messages in English.
The apartment
We are a 7-person flatshare in Rigiblick with stunning views over the city, lake and mountains especially from the living room and our two balconies.
The apartment is around 180 m², so there is plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy while still enjoying shared moments.
The apartment includes:
The room is around 13 m² and has a large north-west-facing window with plenty of natural light.
The room also has a private bathroom with shower and toilet, which is a great bonus.
The following furniture that must be taken over:
The WG
The atmosphere is relaxed, uncomplicated and independent. Everyone has their own routines, jobs, studies and plans, and we are often out and about, so you definitely won't see everyone every day.
There is no pressure to constantly do things together. At the same time, we are friendly and respectful, and it is always nice to have a chat, grab a coffee or occasionally share a meal together.
Cleanliness is genuinely very important to us. With seven people sharing a home, everyone needs to take responsibility. We are looking for someone who is very tidy, reliably does their share of the household chores and leaves shared spaces clean after using them.
Respect for each other's privacy, routines and different schedules is also important to us.
Your future flatmates
Michelle, 25 Works as a health specialist in a care home for people with dementia. Loves plants and is always up for a little side quest.
Fabian, 24 Finished his Master's in Quantitative Finance and now works. He tries almost every sport in his free time and is always up for a good time.
Olivia, 27 Works as a waitress in a Japanese restaurant and trained as a hairdresser. Loves reading, grew up in Spain and is now back in Switzerland. She spent a year in Japan and is continuing to learn Japanese.
Sacha, 25 Works in finance, is still learning German, and is always up for going out. Sporty and ready for a good time.
Maxime, 26 Works in a wine bar and is on his way to becoming a sommelier. He is learning German, is sporty and always up for a chat.
Matthias, 34 Main tenant and has been part of the flatshare for many years. Calm and relaxed.
Lea, 22 That's me! I am moving out because I found a new job for the winter season in Zermatt. I've had a really good time here and met some great people, and I'm now excited for my next chapter and adventure.
Who are we looking for?
Move-in
The latest possible move-in date is December 1st, but ideally, we are looking for someone who could move in around November 20th.
The reason is mainly to make the moving situation easier for everyone. I will be moving out completely, and moving in around November 20th would ideally allow the next person to move out of their current place and into the WG without having to manage everything on the same day.
For a November 20th move-in, you would only pay 1/3 of the November rent.
We feel this would be the most comfortable option for everyone, but December 1st would still be possible if needed.
If you think you could be a good fit, please send us a message in English and introduce yourself properly from the start. We look forward to hearing from you!

Who are we looking for?
- A female flatmate aged 2028 who is easy-going, open-minded, independent and comfortable living in a larger flatshare. We currently have 2 women and 4 men in the WG, so we would strongly prefer a female flatmate to keep a good balance.
- Someone who enjoys having their own life and routines, but is also friendly and respectful towards the people they live with.
- Someone who is genuinely very clean and tidy. Household chores are shared, and everyone should reliably do their part and leave shared spaces clean after use.
- Someone considerate of other people's privacy, routines and schedules.
- You don't need to be extremely social or want to do everything together. A relaxed, friendly atmosphere is much more important to us.
- Someone who is comfortable communicating in English.
