We are looking for a person from December 1st for our spacious 5.5-room apartment in a central and very quiet location.
Central and yet quiet
The apartment is located in the heart of Zurich and is only about 10 minutes walk from Zurich HB. Despite the central location, it is pleasantly quiet: the apartment is in a 30 km/h zone with little traffic.
The apartment
The apartment has high ceilings and offers plenty of space:
Currently, we live together with three people (all male, over 30) in the shared apartment. Since Oliver will be leaving the apartment at the end of November, we are looking for a successor.
We are looking for a person who will take over the main rent together with the other roommates.
Furniture
If desired, there is the possibility to take over part of the existing furniture free of charge.
