The apartment is located in a central and yet quiet location in the Tössfeld quarter, with public transport stops and shopping opportunities (Töss center, Lokwerk) within walking distance; the city center of Winterthur is also only about 1 kilometer away. The apartment is oriented towards the garden side (mainly east with sun in the morning and noon), and a speed limit of 30 km/h applies to the surrounding streets: accordingly, the apartment is quietly located.

The apartment has a combined living and bedroom with an open, modern kitchen (with a large two-door refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, glass ceramic cooktop with oven and extractor fan, and kitchen cabinets). The kitchen countertop is made of granite. The bathroom has a shower (no bathtub) and artificial ventilation (no window).
