The room is bright, 10 m2 in size, costs 550 Fr. / month (including utilities and electricity) and has a spacious built-in closet. The large kitchen and cozy balcony serve as a meeting point, as there is no living room. A basement compartment is also available, and the washing machine, tumble dryer, and drying room can be used without any issues.

The 3-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor, very centrally in the popular Länggass neighborhood, just 2 minutes' walk from the nearest bus stop (Mittelstrasse), and within 2-5 minutes' walk from the nearest shopping opportunity. On foot, you can reach the train station, university, Inselspital, or Bremgartenwald (for jogging enthusiasts :D) in 10-15 minutes.

What's important to us: Living in a shared apartment that feels like home to all of us, where we treat each other with respect and always communicate openly. This also includes actively participating in household chores, so our home is always clean and tidy. We're looking for someone around our age (>24) who enjoys actively participating in shared apartment life and doesn't smoke.

We are: Vincent (24) and Vanessa (30), both working professionals in research and architecture. We appreciate cozy get-togethers with good conversations and often cook delicious vegetarian meals together. In the summer, we're often found by the Aare, at the Berna gelateria, or enjoying a cozy coffee or apéro in the city.
