In our apartment in Schaffhausen-Buchthalen, an unfurnished room will be available immediately or by arrangement. You share the apartment with only one other person and are about a five-minute walk from Lindli. Perfect for walking along the Rhine after work or sitting by the water in the summer.

Your room and the apartment
We are flexible with the room choice: you can either use the current office as a bedroom or take over the current living room with direct access to the balcony. We will discuss which division works best for you during the viewing. We would like you to take over the apartment as the main tenant - Laura plans to move out within the next 2-6 months. After that, you are free to decide whether you want to keep the apartment as a shared apartment or use it alone.
The kitchen, bathroom, and other common areas are shared uncomplicatedly.

• Basement compartment with additional storage space
• High-quality water filter (belongs to Laura, but you are welcome to use it)

Your roommate
Hi, I'm Laura. I'm 28 years old and work in Winterthur on Mondays and Tuesdays, and the other days I'm in the home office. I consider a considerate cohabitation very important, where we both feel comfortable and can have our own daily routine. I place great value on order and cleanliness in the apartment. That's why I wish for someone who also values this. Occasionally, I take care of a sweet dog from the neighborhood, who also comes into the apartment for a few hours. It would be nice if you also enjoy dogs.

Near the Rhine and well connected
You can reach Lindli in about five minutes on foot. Migros and Denner are nearby, and the Schaffhausen old town is also easily accessible.
From Schaffhausen train station, you can reach Zurich main station in about 40 minutes with a fast train connection. Schaffhausen is also a practical location for professionals from Germany and weekly commuters who work in Switzerland. The proximity to the border also offers the opportunity to do shopping in Germany.

No deposit and option to take over the apartment
The rental deposit is secured through SwissCaution. You therefore do not need to deposit a larger deposit amount on a bank account. The existing solution currently costs around CHF 200 per year.
If you are looking for your own apartment in the medium term, this is a great entry-level solution: within the next 2-6 months, a complete takeover of the apartment is possible by arrangement. This apartment is also ideal for couples.
