Ab November vermiete ich ein schönes Zimmer in meiner hellen und gemütlichen Wohnung in Zürich und suche eine Mitbewohnerin. Ein früherer Einzug ist nach Absprache ebenfalls möglich.
Die Wohnung hat eine moderne Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und eine schöne Aussicht über Zürich. Sie liegt nahe Albisriederplatz, mit sehr guter ÖV-Anbindung sowie vielen Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem 1.60 m Bett ausgestattet und ansonsten unmöbliert. Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer werden gemeinsam genutzt.
Im Haus gibt es eine Waschküche mit zwei Waschmaschinen und Tumbler. Zusätzlich gehören ein Keller- und ein Estrichabteil zur Wohnung.
Ich bin 34, arbeite im Marketing und suche eine Mitbewohnerin, die ebenfalls ein ruhiges und sauberes Zuhause schätzt.
Miete: CHF 1'250/Monat inkl. Nebenkosten
4. Stock ohne Lift, kein Balkon.

Room in a bright, cozy apartment in Zurich
From November, I'm renting out a lovely room in my bright and cozy apartment in Zurich and am looking for a female flatmate. An earlier move-in may also be possible by arrangement.
The apartment has a modern kitchen, a cozy living room and a beautiful view over Zurich. It is located close to Albisriederplatz, with excellent public transport connections and plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops nearby.
The room comes with a 1.60 m bed and is otherwise unfurnished. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared.
There is a laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer, as well as additional storage space in the basement and attic.
I'm 34, work in marketing and am looking for a friendly flatmate who also appreciates a quiet and clean home.
Rent: CHF 1,250/month incl. utilities
4th floor without elevator, no balcony.
