Your room and the apartment
We are flexible with the room choice: you can either use the current office as a bedroom or take over the current living room with direct access to the balcony. We discuss which division suits you best during the viewing. We would like you to take over the apartment as the main tenant. Laura plans to move out in the next 2-6 months. After that, you are free to decide whether you want to keep the apartment as a shared flat or use it alone.
The kitchen, bathroom, and other common areas are shared uncomplicatedly.

Your roommate
You live with Laura. She is 28 years old and works in Winterthur on Mondays and Tuesdays, and the other days she works from home. What's important is a considerate cohabitation where both feel comfortable and have their own daily routine. Laura places great importance on order and cleanliness in the apartment. Therefore, she wishes for someone who also values this. From time to time, she takes care of dogs that also come into the apartment for a few hours. It would be nice if you also enjoyed dogs.

Near the Rhine and well-connected
You can reach Lindli in about five minutes on foot. Migros and Denner are nearby, and the old town of Schaffhausen is also easily accessible.
From Schaffhausen train station, you can reach Zurich main station in about 40 minutes with a fast train connection. Schaffhausen is also a practical location for professionals from Germany and weekly commuters who work in Switzerland. The proximity to the border also offers the opportunity to do shopping in Germany.

No deposit and option to take over the apartment
The rent deposit is secured through SwissCaution. You therefore do not need to deposit a larger deposit amount on a bank account. The existing solution currently costs around CHF 200 per year.
If you are looking for your own apartment in the medium term, this could also be suitable: after arrangement, a complete takeover of the apartment is possible within the next 2-6 months. This apartment is also ideal for couples.
